The pool area is GREAT for young kids. I found some GREAT views from my room. I liked the nice bar in the reception area.
I had some troubles with my swipe card. There was a lot of noise early in the morning.

lovely stay. perfect for families
gorgeous interior polite staff free shuttle
The interiors were gorgeous. buffet breakfast offered many options and i found the staff polite and helpful. there is a free shuttle to pacific fair. Bookings are not necessary. the lobby lounge menu could benefit from more variety. it was a very grateful experience at the hotel. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.
the three park package seems not a good value because many rides at movieworld were closed for maintenance.

the water park has a great depth for little ones. it features a beach entrance. i observed nightly entertainment provided for kids. there's also plenty for adults to do.

The resort is near theme parks. Seaworld is a very short walk. the location is convenient for families. getting around is easy. there's proximity to various restaurants and the marina.

the reception staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. sabreen and zhar were very polite and helpful with needed items. the staff ensures teddies are placed on the beds daily. overall service was excellent
